Paid Training and Uniforms
The Cleaners must occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
While performing the duties of this job
Work every day: all Trash emptying, Recycling emptying, Floor
sweeping, Cabinet’s wipe down, Wipe clean tables, clean cupboards,
Carpet vacuuming, Floor damp mopping, Mirrors-glass clean, Toilet
bowls clean, washing sinks clean, Empty sanitary napkin, Toilet tissues
replacing, Paper towel replacing, All dusting, Furniture tops-chairs clean
Use everyday equipment: Backpack Vacuum, Microfiber dust mop,
Microfiber mop with multicolored microfiber mop heads, charging
bucket for mop heads, Multiple colors of microfiber cloths, Expendable
duster, Janitor’s Cart, Toilet bowl brush and caddy, properly labeled
quart bottles with trigger sprayers
Job Requirements:
High School or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age.
Valid US driver’s license
Energetic and positive with a sharp eye for detail
Must be able to handle periods in inclement weather.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Work in a fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of janitorial Services and Cleaning trades,
practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials,
specifications, quality control, safety, and applicable building codes
